Me with diceHonor's Hand is a PBEM - a type of role-playing game, but what is that exactly?
 

The answer only invites more questions, but in the following pages I shall attempt to answer those questions, dispel the odd myth, and provide some examples of it's various elements.

No. Not in my opinion, and not in the opinion of a number of experts [see references], but unfortunately not everyone agrees with me.

PBEM's & Other Game Types

I have collected what I hope will be a useful set of in-game resources (charts, tables, etc.) in the hope that the players won't have to constantly refer to the White Wolf books during play.
